A new $47 million condominium development in Old Town Scottsdale will include an in-house nightclub.
The residents-only Black Label Lounge is part of Deco Commmunities’ Envy Residences under construction in Scottsdale.
“Privacy, exclusivity and style are what Envy buyers are looking for in a social space,” said developer Rob Lyles, a partner with Deco Communities. “Some people can reserve a private table or area at a lounge or nightclub, but very few can reserve the entire venue for their own private use, which was what inspired the creation of the Black Label Lounge within the Envy building.”
The VIP-style club has a 50-guest capacity for residents to book. Private Label International is providing design features for the lounge and the 89-unit Envy complex.
Other amenities at the condos include a personal fitness training program, building concierge and access to private jet services. Condos range in price from $300,000 to $1 million. They are located near Scottsdale Road and Earll Drive.
Deco is based in Scottsdale and specializes in urban and infill projects.
The city of Scottsdale reports more than 6,000 new condos and apartments have recently hit the market, or are under construction or in development. Some of those projects were sidelined by the Great Recession, but are now being built.
