The summer real estate market is staying hot in north Scottsdale.

The highest priced home sale this year in Scottsdale, and in the Silverleaf community, closed for $7.2 million. The home was sold by Deborah Beardsley and Andrew Beardsley of Silverleaf Realty.

The five bedroom, six bathroom home in the gated community boasts views of the Valley and the McDowell Mountains from its two-acre lot, according to a press release. It is a 9,500 square foot Ranch Hacienda Estate built by Mike Graham of American First Builders, stated the release.

The home includes stonework inside and outside with woodwork, imported windows, light fixtures, custom cabinetry and state of the art electronics, according to the release. It also features a full theater, outdoor pools, cabana and a guest casita.

To date this year, Silverleaf Realty has already sold more than $108 million in real estate, mostly in the Silverleaf community, according to the release.
